Amon-Ra St. Brown is expected to practice fully on Wednesday, according to head coach Dan Campbell. St. Brown suffered a turf toe injury in the Lions’ loss to the Seahawks on Sunday, but he was able to return to the game and finish with 10 catches for 116 yards.
Campbell said that St. Brown is “sore” but that he is “fine.” He also said that St. Brown is “a tough kid” and that he “wants to play.”
St. Brown is the Lions’ No. 1 wide receiver, and he is one of the team’s most important offensive players. He led the Lions in receptions (90), receiving yards (912), and receiving touchdowns (6) last season.
The Lions are 1-1 after their first two games of the season. They will host the Vikings on Sunday.
My Thoughts
It is good news for the Lions that St. Brown is expected to practice fully on Wednesday. He is the team’s No. 1 wide receiver, and he is one of their most important offensive players.
#Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown is dealing with a toe injury and will not practice today, per HC Dan Campbell. Team considers him to be day-to-day.

The Lions will need St. Brown to be healthy and productive if they want to compete in the NFC North. The Vikings have a good defense, and the Lions will need to be able to throw the ball effectively to win.
It is also good news for St. Brown that he is expected to be able to play in Week 3. He is a young player who is still developing, and he needs as much playing time as he can get.
I am excited to see what St. Brown can do this season. He has the potential to be one of the best wide receivers in the NFL.
